Highrise will be built in Ljubljana, at crossing of Dunajska cesta (west boundary) and Vilharjeva ulica (north boundary). Railway restricts location from the south side of location and long low-lying warehouses determine its east boundary. Highrise will hold different programs including conference hall, which should help it to become business centre of Ljubljana.

URBAN CONCEPT

Staging of highrise takes in account mostly views from the city and views from Dunajska along Vilharjeva. Because of views from city centre towards Karavanke it is directed with its longer axis in that direction, so that people looking from Bavarski dvor or Railway station get as much unobstructed view as possible. On the other hand it blocks views on Vilharjeva, which is mostly abandoned degraded street. The axis of building is set perpendicular to Vilharjeva street, therefore it has a bit ecstatic axis comparing to Dunajska. Another consideration was put also to jolts from railway, therefore highrise is set as far from it as possible - with its north wall it is touching Vilharjeva ulica.
